Host & Guest Agreements
These agreements outline the responsibilities of Hosts and Guests using the AccommoZED platform. By listing or booking a property, you agree to these terms.
Host Agreement
Listing Accuracy
Hosts must provide accurate descriptions, photos, and amenity information. Misrepresentation of a property may result in listing removal and compensation to affected Guests.
Property Standards
Properties must be clean, safe, and match the listing description at the time of check-in. Hosts must ensure compliance with all applicable Zambian laws, including safety regulations.
Verified Identity
Hosts must complete identity verification (government-issued ID) before any listing is approved and made live on the platform.
Booking Commitments
Once a booking is confirmed, Hosts must honour it. Cancelling confirmed bookings without cause may result in penalties and reduced listing visibility.
Communication
Hosts must respond to Guest enquiries and messages within a reasonable timeframe, and provide check-in instructions at least 24 hours before the Guest's arrival.
Payouts
Payouts to Hosts are made after Guest check-in, subject to AccommoZED's commission structure. Hosts acknowledge the applicable commission rates at the time of listing creation.
Guest Agreement
Verified Identity
Guests must complete identity verification before making a booking. AccommoZED requires a valid government-issued ID to maintain a safe community.
Accurate Booking Information
Guests must provide accurate information about the number of guests and intended use of the property. Exceeding the stated guest limit is a violation of this agreement.
Respect for Property
Guests must treat the Host's property with care. Any damage caused during a stay may result in a damage claim, which AccommoZED may assist in resolving.
House Rules
Guests must read and comply with the house rules set by the Host for each property. This includes rules on smoking, pets, noise, and events.
Check-in and Check-out
Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times specified in the listing. Late check-out without prior agreement may incur additional charges.
Prohibited Uses
Guests may not use AccommoZED properties for commercial purposes, parties exceeding the stated guest limit, or any illegal activities.
