Cancellation Policies
Each listing on AccommoZED has a cancellation policy selected by the Host. Review the policy on the listing page before booking. Service fees are non-refundable in all cases.
Flexible
- β’Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in.
- β’50% refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in.
- β’No refund for no-shows.
Moderate
- β’Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in.
- β’50% refund if cancelled between 1β5 days before check-in.
- β’No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in.
Strict
- β’Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking AND at least 14 days before check-in.
- β’50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
- β’No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before check-in.
Host Cancellations
If a Host cancels a confirmed booking, the Guest will receive a full refund excluding service fees. Hosts who cancel confirmed bookings may face penalties including listing suspension.
Long-Term Stays
For stays of 28 nights or more, a separate long-term cancellation policy applies. Please review the listing page for details or contact us for clarification before booking.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5β10 business days, depending on your bank or mobile money provider.
